Our company was established in April 2003 as an affiliate of Renesas Technology Corp. Since then, on the basis of our advanced semiconductor assembling and testing technology, we have been pleased to have won many customers beyond those in the Renesas Group.
Advancements of electronic technology around the world have been a driving force in the global information age and have dramatically altered our society and lifestyles.
We will continue our pioneering efforts in the development of semiconductors, including the mass production of high-performance semiconductors, which are at the core of electronic technology, simultaneously refining our ability to make proposals for development, manufacture and sale of semiconductor products and highly efficient manufacturing devices ﾐ all while, for the sake of society as a whole, dealing enthusiastically and affirmatively with environ-mental issues.
We will extend the boundaries of technology to create new value and expand our partnerships with customers in the fast-evolving semiconductor field by sharing new needs as they arise in the market.
